Quality Control

Before the part you need makes it to you, it will go through four levels of quality control.

1. Pre-purchase inspection
We buy our donor vehicles in-person at insurance auctions. We perform an inspection to determine the vehicle mileage & engine condition before making the purchase.

2. Inventory
At our facility, an inventory professional will check the vehicle, examining the condition of each drivetrain, body, suspension, and interior part.

3. Dismantling
Before removing the parts from donor vehicles, our technicians inspect fluid leaks, engine compression, accident damage, and missing hardware.

4. Pre-delivery inspection & sign-off
Whether delivery is by UPS or personal means, no part leaves our facility without a pre-delivery inspection & sign-off from a specialist.

Mechanical Warranty Duration and Terms

The duration of the warranty period is on the front of the invoice. For all used parts, we provide a warranty from 90 days to 5 years. All warranties begin at the date of purchase & are not transferable. Justice Car Parts will replace or refund the price in case of parts damage. Refund claims must go with the invoice.

Mechanical Warranty Disclamier and Validation

1. Engines have a guarantee against knocking and excessive smoking. Your warranty is void if the engine’s heat tab is melted or removed. Engine warranties for the block, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, rockers, and oil pumps are limited. All other parts are accessories. While engines may come with extra accessories, these are not under any warranty & aid in the convenience of installation.

2. Transmissions have a warranty for good working order against any slippage or shifting failures. There is no warranty for governors, electrical controls, modulators, mounts, gaskets, seals, or fluids.

3. Differentials: For a valid warranty, there are standards for engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials. Upon installation, the buyer agrees to follow the vehicle’s regular maintenance as per the recommendations.

Recommended Installation/Replacement Procedures

Engines

-> Drain and replace engine oils to suggested levels.
-> Replace oil, air, and fuel filters.
-> Replace valve cover gaskets.
-> Replace oil pan gasket.
-> Replace the rear main seal.
-> If needed, replace timing gears, chains & belts.
-> Replace thermostat & gasket.
-> Flush cooling system & re-fill to the proper level.
-> Install new spark plugs & wires.
-> Install new belts and hoses.

Transmissions & Transfer Cases

-> Replace all seals.
-> Install a new filter kit.
-> Flush and inspect cooling lines.
-> Align and engage torque converter into the front pump.
-> Fill transmission with manufacturer-specified fluid.
-> Clear all transmission computer codes before starting or operating a vehicle.

Differentials

They are backing plates, brake system components, cables, controls, linkages, pumps, u-joints, electrical components, seals, gaskets, fluids. These parts are extra and are the responsibility of the installer.

No Warranty, No Refund, No Exchange

COMPUTERS/MODULES & ELECTRICAL PARTS

-> All computer modules, including ECMs, BCMs, Power Control Modules, and electrical parts, are sold as-is & are non-returnable and non-refundable. They do not come with any warranty unless otherwise stated on this receipt.
-> Often computers need reprogramming at the buyer’s expense.

AIRBAGS

-> Airbags do not meet testing for safety standards.
-> Airbags must be as per the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications.
-> Buyer accepts all risk of damages without proper installation.

TIRES

-> Due to different conditions of tire exposure, Justice Car Parts makes no warranty for the fitness of the used tire sales. Used tires do not undergo testing to meet any safety standards & the buyer agrees to accept all risks.

SHEET METAL

-> We will not work on cosmetic or surface corrosion resulting from chips, scratches, perforation caused by improper installation, neglect, accident, abuse, environmental damage like weather, hail, airborne fallout, cleaning solvents & polishing materials.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-> All other parts not listed above will sell “AS-IS” unless a warranty is on the invoice.
-> Warranties do not cover any labor costs.
-> Returnable parts are subject to acceptance and discretion of Global Dismantlers & must be in the same condition. Any accepted part returned must be accompanied by the original sales receipt subject to a 25% restocking fee.
-> Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
-> All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty & do not cover incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations, so they may not apply to you. If it is defective, liability shall be limited to the replacement at its discretion.
-> Payment not received by the due date will cause an extra charge of 1.5% per month & the customer handles all costs of collection, including attorneys’ fees.
-> Attention Check Writers: If your check bounces for any reason, you have to pay $35.00. Credit on your account will face restraining until payment.
